Josie Houghton

I'm Josie & I run Let's Cook with Josie CIC. I am an award winner having won the No Child Left Behind award this year for Inspiring Learning & have been recognised as a community hero due to my teaching & volunteering in Charlton Kings & for Springbank Community Pantry.  I teach people who are disadvantaged in some way to cook across Cheltenham.  This may be due to food poverty, low income, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, physical disabilities.  I use low cost, budget friendly ingredients, easy to follow recipes, seasonal produce with all recipes easily replicated at home to share with the family. I rely mostly on funding for my projects & private donations. The need is great particularly due to the cost of living crisis & I am very much in demand!
