We help drive employee retention through engagement surveys, stay interviews, leadership development and pay & benefits review, creating a place of work where people want to stay and give their best. We can implement HR systems to save business owners time on administration and at those times when you are experiencing employee issues, we will support you through disciplinaries, grievances or redundancies.  In short, we act as a company’s Head of HR without the permanent headcount. 

 

I’ve over 20 years’ senior HR experience at strategic and operational level, specialising in the Tech and Manufacturing sectors.  Having set up HR functions from scratch, I understand the people issues growing businesses face.
