I was a partner at the Bristol firm for 30 years after which I left and am now self employed as a freelance solicitor specialising in all areas of  of property disputes and contested probate.

As regards property,  I advise on rights of way, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants and applications to enable their modification to enable development. Ownership disputes between co-owners and co-habitees. As regards probate I advise upon challenging wills, Inheritance Act claims and any disputes about trusts.
